We understand that unplanned issues can come up, and you may need to cancel your appointment.
Your time is valuable, and ours is too. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice.
Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24-hours notice, will incur a fee of $90.00, plus GST (50% of our current truck minimum). Credit card information will be required to secure the project’s booking, which will be billed upon job completion.
