Eamonn Duignan, President & CEO of the award-winning organization Green Coast Rubbish, recently appeared on the IMPACT podcast series hosted by Nigel Bennett and Devon Kenzo. An avid mountain biker whose past experiences involved working on a pearl farm in northern Australia and reselling corn from local Canadian farms, Eamonn discusses his journey starting his junk removal company with a sustainable mission and the environmental impact at heart.

Celebrating their 15th year, Eamonn speaks to the collective commitment to lessen the environmental impact of junk removal through all aspects of Green Coast Rubbish, including educating staff, contributing to charities such as Habitat for Humanity and leveraging community and culture.

“Sustainability should be one of the pillars for new businesses. We are starting to realize resources are limited and sustainability should be a top concern. If you’re not doing something valuable for the environment or your community, what is the point?”
